A decade in digital marketing — from account manager to Senior Manager of Digital, where I lead strategy for two national brands in the home services space and manage a team including a digital strategist.
My focus is the hardest problem in the industry: making digital work at franchise scale, where every decision has to work twice — once for the brand, once for the local owner.
The thread through all of it is enablement. The best digital strategy is one a franchisee can actually run — so I spend as much time teaching and documenting as I do building.
